Sam Papi, service technician from M&M plumbing heating cooling Inc, is by far the best technician we have ever had in our home. Very efficient at his job, great communication and made sure I understood what the issues were and what he was doing to fix the problem. I have been very impressed with him both times he came to help us out with some plumbing issues. I will continue to request him with any future issues. I’m very grateful to have had his help!
We have been using M&M for all our plumbing needs for over 30 years. Opening up the cottage for the summer I had a broken water pipe. So I of course called M&M
Broken pipe in 3’ crawl space. One leak then found two more. All in this tight space. ?
They sent out technician Samuel Papi.
He called 15 minutes before scheduled time to say he was on his way. That’s nice
None of these breaks were easy fixes and he explained all our options with me.
As usual I am more than happy how things worked out.
Samuel was so professional, prompt, and made short order of a grueling job.

Jeff came for my spring checkup—A/C, etc. I’m so impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness, and I very much appreciate that he explains what he’s doing and why and always answers my questions, of which I usually have many! He’s not only good at his work, he’s an especially nice person.
