But after seeing Doctor Patel he explained everything to me and helped me through the exercises I needed to help move my ear crystals back in place I had a total of 3 visits with him. I'm sad to say the person who answered the phone was short, rough, and discourteous. She gave me a hard time with scheduling and strange reasons for times available. I almost canceled my appointment in fear of seeing her, as we've not met in person. I need my massage but that was a extremely off-putting experience. I'd like to say this was a one time instance, but it's happened before. This was just unbearable.
Maybe she doesn't know how rude she comes off or she's having a bad day (but every time I've called?) I just hope this only happened to me but I worry it's not.

If you are a happy, upbeat person looking for a easy job, they might hire you for reception. They need it!!

“Dr. Casselman is the best I have ever known, and I have been seeing Chiropractors since I was a young adult. He is kind, thorough, listens and then addresses the issues. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve and have been suffering for months.
