“My first massage with NaNa was great! She is very good at finding the sore spots. I just briefly mentioned at the beginning of the appointment that my problem areas were my neck and shoulders and that’s all she needed to know. The linens smelled clean and the restroom was also very clean. The table was nice and warm. “First off, I love getting massages here. I've been coming for a while, Rachelle is the best of the best!!! Does not disappoint. Even other therapists that have worked here really know what they're doing!

I'm sad to say the person who answered the phone was short, rough, and discourteous. She gave me a hard time with scheduling and strange reasons for times available. I almost canceled my appointment in fear of seeing her, as we've not met in person. I need my massage but that was a extremely off-putting experience. I'd like to say this was a one time instance, but it's happened before. This was just unbearable.
Maybe she doesn't know how rude she comes off or she's having a bad day (but every time I've called?) I just hope this only happened to me but I worry it's not.

If you are a happy, upbeat person looking for a easy job, they might hire you for reception. They need it!!

“Dr. Casselman is the best I have ever known, and I have been seeing Chiropractors since I was a young adult. He is kind, thorough, listens and then addresses the issues. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve and have been suffering for months. My medical Dr. scheduled me for multiple procedures but after a few visits with Dr. Casselman, I am better and looking to be completely over this soon. His staff is engaging and professional and will work to get you in.“
