I went to see Katie H. for a facial and a brow shaping. It’s was overall an amazing experience! She made me feel so comfortable, recommended products, and talked in depth about my skincare routine. I felt so relaxed throughout the whole experience. My brows also turned out amazing. I recommend soothe your soul and to see Katie Humphreys, she’s the best!

Update: I should have known they would make it right. They called me to apologize and offered to make it right!Original review: I love this place but they failed me today. They changed my appt time without consulting me first. I then waited 30 min past my new appt time and she still wasn't ready for me. Unfortunately I had to cancel. Maybe they're spread a little thin today. But when a busy, working, spread too thin, at her wits end mom finally carves out a pocket of time for self care, this is certainly not the desired outcome.

Truly a life changing experience. Mandy is a beautiful soul and meeting with her was truly a gift! I never write reviews, but I wish I could give her 100 stars. She is truly an intuitive angel!
