What a great office! I have a large family of 6, and just recently 5 of us had to see Dr Hernandez for this yucky virus going around. He explained what was going on and had great bedside manner. All my children have said they want him to be their regular doctor :-) The staff are also very helpful and sweet!
Love Dr. Hernandez! He actually listens to his patients and takes time to see them as human beings, not just another chart or number. He conversates with you, and remembers details that are not even on your chart- he just genuinely sees you as a person. I've tried numerous physicians over the years, only because Imlay City is a little bit of a hike from my home, and I have yet to meet a caring Doctor like Dr. H. So I decided to suck up the drive time and just see Dr. H for everything I need as far as routine stuff for PCP's. I've also never had a long wait in this office.
All staff is friendly and responsive. Dr Hernandez is professional and takes his time to listen and evaluate the patient's concerns. He has been a catalyst in regaining my health and comfort.
