    I have never wrote a review against a business. However, I came in on a Saturday without an appointment. I knew I would wait a good amount of time- which was fine. I waited for over an hour and two people who came in after me were placed in chairs before me. Again, I understand being busy but the shop has to be more organized in keeping track of customers.

    This was my 1st time & I WILL go back!! The Staff was very friendly & personal. I appreciated the excellent customer service as they treat each customer as if that customer were their only customer. There was no rushing through the process & I was over the top satisfied with my nails & toes.     I hadn't been in since the original owner Joy Vo. I went in as a walk-in 3 weeks ago. The ladies were very friendly, started conversing with me right off the bat. I hadn't had my nails done in 2 months. I asked for coffin shaped nails and got just that. My nails didn't hurt a bit any time after and I'm a former cancer patient. My nails were thin and brittle for a year after losing them to chemo.As I said, it's now been 3 weeks. No chips, breaks, lifts, no deterioration in the tip shape, and no fade in the polish. I chose a mood polish that changes constantly with warm and cool temperatures. I've never been so satisfied with a full set since Joy and Jolyn. I will be full review
