When you call to schedule an appointment, Tiesha gathers the information about your situation in a professional and personable manner. She then lets you know when the technician, Tucker, is on his way. Tucker has always demonstrated his skills as a HVAC expert while exuding a very personable demeanor. Cross Heating sent one of their technicians, a young man named Tucker, to replace the draft inducer blower which had developed a squeal. With winter on the way, I was not taking any chances. To my surprise, Cross told me that the blower was a warranted item. I did, however, had to pay a reasonable labor charge for the install. No problem there. Tucker had it installed in short order, and cleaned up a few things along the way. He even gave me a few maintenance tips. He was dressed appropriately, and was very respectful. I will keep Cross Heating on speed dial.
