Palm Dental did a great job. Natalie my Dental Hygienist was absolutely fantastic, caring and thoughtful. Dr Banas always great. Good team here.

Dr Palm was recommended to me . I called the office and requested him. Dr Palm called me and explained the billing for my two crowns . Then I was surprised on the day of the visit that I was scheduled with another doc. Ok I said I will give them a chance. I told them I have a tooth ache in another tooth. They did xray they didn’t even look at it and they said it is fine. Then they did the other tooth temporary crown. Later pain got worse on the tooth they xrayed . Went there again requesting Dr Palm but I was scheduled with one of his associates. Ofcouse the tooth had decay . While working on it . And my mouth is open . She said oh you have decay in the front too and that will cost 37$ more . I still decided to give them another chance also bec they made me pay cash for temporary crown so they can bill again for the perminent one. I had to reschedule the appointment and now asking for 60$ bec I am calling on same day. Greedy , unethical and poor judgement.

Hands-down best dental office in the area. All doctors are great, but I especially like Dr. B, especially after she called me a “great patient.” In seriousness, the providers, hygienists, and front desk staff are all great. They are always running on time and you will never be in and out of a dental office faster.

This place is absolutely unorganized and retaliatory . So this March I hady first visit here and it was a nightmare , I set the appointment up weeks in advance sent my insurance and even got my old dentist to send over X-rays , the day of the appointment they couldn’t confirm my insurance even though I had a card and we called Humana over the phone together and found my plan they made me out of pocket and reimbursed me AFTER my insurance paid the copay which isn’t standard at all. Obviously upset I paid the money and got the work done as this process took an hour extra already . Fast forward a week and they mis refund me . The refund was 45 short of the accurate amount After going back and forth with them and the insurance they finally send me the remaining 45$ . The whole process was extremely upsetting but I chalked it up to the front desk ladies being incompetent . I leave a review . They call to discuss the review and ask if I’ll give them another chance they say the now have my insurance on file and nothing that was an issue last time should be a problem again , fats forward to a august ( the soonest they can see me for a follow up) we set an appointment for the 28th of august at 2:25pm and I’ve been getting texts all week to confirm it so I called today the 27th to confirm and get a estimate . The lady tells me she doesn’t have me in the system for an appointment … weird I have texts and emails confirming the appointment tomorrow. She puts me on hold for about 10 minutes and says oh we cancelled the appointment because “ you didn’t have a good experience last time and we thought you weren’t coming “
This place is absolutely a waste of time the wasted my time the first time and then wound me up and had me wait for 5 months to waste it again . ABSOLUTELY AWFUL APPOINTMENT SETTING PRACTICES. the front desk ladies are god awful . And they WILL OVERCHARGE YOUR INSURANCE. Make sure you audit every . Single . Bill. Awful company. I took off work for this

My husband and I are both happy with Palm Family Dental. My niece referred us to them. The staff is welcoming and nice. Dr. Palm is an excellent dentist. They take my insurance, which not all dentists take. I recently made a change the same day as my appointment from a crown to a filling. Everyone was fine with it. The dentist worked for 45 minutes on it with what seemed to be a dozen different tools. Another 45 minutes was spent letting the Novacaine take effect and letting my filling media set up. I asked how much they were billing my insurance for that visit, and I thought it should have been 10 times as much as they said. He was so dedicated to my filling. This all happened yesterday. There was no pain during the procedure. Today I have no pain and no sensitivity. They were definitely not compensated enough for his hard work, so I thought I should support them by voluntarily leaving an unsolicited review. I hope you switch to Palm Family Dental.
