J & J Concepts in Hudsonville remodeled our whole main floor including all new flooring, new kitchen, new exterior front door with side lights, new office, furniture and more. They did a fantastic job with workmanship, and Interior Design. It was a pleasure working with both Jerry and Patti. I definitely recommend.

We built with J and J 7 years ago. The experience was fun, and they worked around my schedule as I was pregnant at the beginning and had a 3 month old at the end. They also stayed on budget. I was less than $2K over the initial budget at the end, which I was told was amazing. And 7 years later, the house is great, I get complements all the time on the design and we use every square inch of the home with our family of 6.

We built with J&J Concepts and had a similar experience to many other reviewers. Terrible subs, incompetent and/or shady bookkeeping, months late to finish, problems with subs not getting paid months after you paid for their work (email from a sub documents it), short subs without consent of homeowner, lots of excuses for disorganization, refuse to pay for property damage, blocked emails when you object to something, poor/no communication, no actual project management (plan on *being* the proj mgr), and extremely low time commitment (days/weeks of no activity).
