The comments are interesting, tell me how is that Steve seem to be nice to most people but rude to some and Jackie seem to be rude to most people but nice to some, I'm guessing it's depending how their days went or how people act towards the inspector, When I took my first test with Steve I failed because i was nervous and he wasn't talking properly and seem to be confused to communicate with me so it lead me to failed but I also needed more practice, work on distractions and parking also listening too, So I had Jackie on my second test, I pass it because I was more educated, prepared, Jackie was well spoken properly, understanding and kind. After seeing the reviews of this testing site, I was a bit nervous about booking my teens' tests here. However, I must say we had a very pleasant experience. The instructor's name was Steve. He was kind and polite. He offered my teen great feedback after she completed the test, and he was engaging with me as a parent. Despite the other reviews, I would recommend Integrity Drivers testing. At least with Steve as the instructor.
5 stars for Steve. I had my test with him and it was a great one. Consideration my previous experience, I was a bit nervous at first, but later became calm seeing how patient and accommodating Steve was. His instructions were clear. And I recommend him if you need that peaceful atmosphere. But then, again! You’ve got to do your best not to loose marks. 👍
