However, some students have had difficulties with a particular instructor, Judy, who has been reported to be disrespectful and yell at students, especially those who struggle with understanding or make mistakes. On the other hand, another instructor, Matt, is highly praised for being encouraging and ensuring students are comfortable before moving on.
My experiences with the instructors was very very splendid beside one for segment 1. One of them were making other teens and I very anxious, as she looks at the little things and completely yell at you. But other than that, Matt was a great instructor for teaching and was hilarious.
The experience that I had with some mentors during drivers training was amazing, but there is on in particular that I will not recommend. Her name is Judy and driving with her is difficult because she is not helpful to students that struggle understanding or just make mistakes anyway. I struggle with understanding things and she will yell at you and be disrespectful if you do some little thing wrong. On top of that she does it multiple times, and the more you do it the more she will yell and complain. Also I was observing a student that was messing up a lot. My son had Ron as an instructor and had nothing but positive comments to say about him after class each day! He thought that Ron was very personable, he made class interesting and welcoming and was a great instructor, overall! He highly recommends Ron!!!
