I had a wonderful experience here! I came in for an exam as my kitten broke half of her tooth off. Everyone (front desk receptionists, vet techs, doctor) was so nice and understanding and helped keep me calm! It was so welcoming and they did a great job explaining what was going on with her. I took her back to Town Center to get her tooth extracted very promptly after my first appointment, and I was very impressed they were able to get her in on such short notice. They did a great job with her and it wasn't too expensive either compared to other places I had looked at. Nothing bad to say!:) Strongly recommend!

Had to unfortunately take my cat there early one morning, with the unknown fear of what was wrong with her. They were able to get me in asap which I appreciated greatly. Ended up having to put my cat down - and although it wasn't an easy decision. All the employees there were incredibly compassionate, patient, and thoughtful. Giving us plenty of time to make decisions. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them to keep their composure having to start their day with putting a pet to sleep. But they remained professional the whole time and just were so kind it's really hard for me to put into words. As always, they take the best care of our almost 19 yr old Spot. They listen to what we say and work with us to make a plan. Dr. Susan and all the staff there are the most kind, and knowledgeable at what they do!
