We've seen a couple vets Dr. Kettle and Dr. Lyndamo and both are excellent doctors. Front desk people can be moody but not all of them. I think they could have more personable at the front desk but sounds like management doesn't care based off the comments.
I cannot thank all of the veterinarians, vet technicians and reception staff enough for caring for my dog and myself. She had a tooth infection and allergic reaction. They provided excellent care and had her there all day for a couple of days for hospital care. She is doing so well now and such a happy girl. So glad we got her taken care of at Howell Animal Hospital.
First they gave my dog the most professional help with loving care, as they were part of my family! Staff and doctors were amazing,thorough, with reasonable treatment! Which they won me over with all that! We had to put our Shih Tzu down a month ago from neurological problems on his spine, which caused him to not be able to walk with his hind legs! So we had to put him down! Hardest thing to do in my life, like I’ve lost one of my children! Well today we received a sympathy card from Howell Animal Hospital with the most loving, kind, thoughtful, and beautiful words!
