1/2 I called Tomtek HVAC Inc. Because I was having issues with my thermostat on a super hot day. It was easy to schedule an appointment for the same day, they were quick and easy to work with. I will definitely call Tomtek HVAC Inc again!
I had Tomtek HVAC check my furances Nov18, 2019. The Rep suggested I need to have needed a feature added to one furnace to insure no damage from a power outing . Paid for the feature and told it would be install the following week. Didn't happen no explanation why, after several weeks requested a refund, told it would happen, after many excuses ,many calls , now March 5, 2020 still no refund , $ 270.
