Had a great experience from the start! Call center was very friendly on a Saturday and was able to schedule me with a technician same day from 2-5. Said I was going to call around to see if I could get someone sooner as furnace was down in winter. He said no problem. You can cancel at anytime and I’ll put you down for early notification if a technician frees up. I did call around and many places were booked, were not open, or unfriendly.I did get a technician earlier which was great. 11am. John did a great job listening to what we knew, did his own assessment and determined the blower motor needed to be replaced. He drove an hour away to get us a part and came back... read full review

John was a terrific help. He diagnosed my problem and provided a solution almost immediately that had my furnace back online quickly in this cold weather. I would absolutely love to have him back in the event of any further furnace issues. Thank you!
