12-30-25: I needed my backup sump pump serviced. I called Titan plumbing and they sent Spencer Laraway the same day. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was extremely thorough. I will always highly recommend Titan plumbing group. I've been a customer for many years.

I called with an issue of our drain backing up and Tech Jacob was here within the hour. He took care of the problem on New Years Eve. He was very friendly, professional and explained details. We will definitely call him for future issues.
