After X-rays and an MRI, I found out I have osteoarthritis , narrowing of the side joints in my L5-S1, L4-L5 and herniation and spinal canal stenosis in L3-L4. Physical therapy was suggested by my chiropractor and Ivy Rehab was highly recommended. I wasn't sure what PT could really do. However, after meeting and speaking with Ciara, Physical Therapist at Ivy, I am very confident with the plan of attack Ciara described. Ciara listened to me attentively, answered my questions, she throughly explained what was physically going on. Professional in all aspects. Front desk, scheduler and therapist. Clean facility. Handicap parking easy to access to entrance. Felt listened to and heard when discussing goals. Great experience overall. Appreciate them all.
I graduated! I want to sincerely thank everyone on the Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy staff in downtown Howell, Michigan for assisting in my full recovery of my arm injury!
I am truly grateful for their patience, kindness, positive attitude, and dedication throughout the physical therapy process. We had really cool conversations / stories to share and tell all along the way which made me feel at home here.
