We experienced significant flooding due to a faulty drainage system. Sanford at Foxscapes helped identify various countermeasures, and then narrowed down a plan of action. He was extremely professional and responsive, and spent a lot of time investigating the best path forward. Prior to the job starting, we learned that our issue required involvement from our subdivision’s Association, and that some form of legality may ensue. We immediately contacted Sanford, and he worked internally to accommodate our newfound situation in a very considerate manner. Sanford was so wonderful to work with. He was patient, kind and fully understood the needs to which he provided excellent advice. Chuy and his team did exceptional work. The cleanup afterwards was great. Overall, the project turned out beautifully.
I’ve worked with Sanford in the past and would recommend him without hesitation to family and friends. He is trustworthy, an excellent communicator, and a great partner throughout a project. Sanford does an outstanding job of listening to and understanding your goals while also providing thoughtful, consultative guidance backed by clear experience. I especially appreciated the time he took to talk through details and have meaningful discussions around small details and decisions as implementation was inflight. I feel like this really made the difference between a good outcome and an excellent one!
