Greg showed up a couple hours later and did a wonderful job. He explained the issue, talked to me about why he was going to take a particular approach and even fixed a couple of things that were getting worn. The job was finished quickly and they didn't poach me given my emergency situation. The rate was fair and I am very happy with the whole experience. I have a new plumber.“
