Too many issues with our new build to be worth the price. Poor quality control and general lack of customer service. The team means well, but they seem to have taken on more than they were prepared for. We have spent several thousand dollars fixing issues left behind by Capital. If you really like the neighborhood, buy a house that's a few years old and let the first owners deal with the pitfalls of their new construction.
