I changed my rating to a five star mostly because of the customer service, I was provided by William from Brock, mechanical the day after my review. I was happy to see that I mattered and how I felt mattered to Brock mechanical plumbing. They worked with me and charged me a fee that I found acceptable. Although I had to buy a new toilet, I was happy that they were Able to take care of the problem. Thank you, William for making me matter that speaks volumes.
I felt ripped off, I don’t know who you sent me, but he was not a plumber because any plumber that takes a toilet off the floor and cannot unclog such a small piece of area is not a good person... read full review
We had the pleasure of having Joe from Brock Mechanical come to our home. Joe was timely and professional. He replaced our water heater, whole home filter, two hose spickets and whole home shutoff valve. Joe did a phenomenal job and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. I highly recommend Joe and Brock Mechanical. I would trust them to do any work in any home I own.
