After a bad experience with another company that we had previously used, I called Brock and Doug was able to quickly and efficiently give me a quote by asking me very specific questions. Other companies nearby quoted us significantly higher and weren’t available for 1-2 weeks, Doug got us in the same week. The plumber who came out, Bill, and the person who was with him were very professional and great at explaining and even showing us what the problem was before they fixed it. Brock Mechanical was quick to respond to our call, expeditious in sending Ken to diagnose and fix our leak, and referred us to a restoration company. I highly recommend Doug and his team!!
They replaced an outdoor hose bibb, installed an access panel in the ceiling and installed a second one. I will defiantly call them in the future for any plumbing needs. They did a fantastic job!
