Joseph was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He did a thorough inspection and while he could not fix our water problem, he was honest and did not waste our time or charge extra. We can rule out electrical issues and move on to a well professional. I will definitely be asking for Joseph specifically for any future electrical issues.
Braydon explained the different levels of work that might be required to fix the problem, and started with the most basic level, which resolved the issue. It's nice to find a company that actually repairs a problem instead of automatically replacing everything. This is the second time Mrs. Michael has helped us out. I know who to call next time we need service. Thank you.
Zach Walsh arrived on time. We discussed the problem of water backing up from the old water pipe set up to release water from washer. Zach inspected the area and ran a camera down the line to the main drain. He saw a few concerns and requested further inspection by Marcus. It was determined that the water pipe from washer had to be rerouted. And that main drain was ok and digging wasn't necessary. Big relief. Zach installed new lines to redirect water and tested extensively. He cleaned up the work area. I am doing laundry today with no water backup. I am confident with the work preformed by Zach.
