Our 10 year old Hayward pool heater wouldn't fire up this summer. We wanted to repair it rather than replace it. I filled out the online form on Father's Day (not expecting a reply right away) and heard back the same day! Alex and his crew came the next morning and fixed it in no time.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called Alex in December 2023 almost in tears because of what a hack job a previous pool company did to our pool. I called other pool companies in Northern Michigan and no one was willing to take on the task. Alex and his crew decided to help me out and WOW am I glad I went with them. It turned out 10 times better than I thought it would!
Long story short, we wanted to put a pool in and decided to Summer of 2023. Next was finding a place to do it. I called about 5 local and legitimate pool companies. Most responded back to me but a couple did not. Somehow I ran across and advertisement for Shark Pools. Never heard of them nor were they exactly local. Let me tell you, best decision of 2023.
