The front desk staff is very helpful, and the facility is clean. The therapists, Pretti and Joe, made me feel heard and took the time to listen to my concerns. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They developed a personalized plan that was rigorous but safe, and they explained the purpose of every exercise. Within a few weeks, I was walking pain-free. The entire staff is professional and welcoming. Their encouragement was key to my recovery. Highly recommended! I had spinal fusion and wanted to do water therapy because I am overweight. The physical therapist have been very clear about what exercises to do, how to do them, breathing correctly and to not overdo it. I have a few more weeks to go, but I'm getting stronger all the time. I'm from Grand Rapids and am used to new buildings and equipment. Don't let that sway you. The facility works great and saves me 30 of drive time.
The guys from Aggressive did an outstanding job. Prompt service. Came out to my jobsite same day I called for a quote and returned to do the work 2 days later. Superior Waterproofing waterproofed around the basement of my parents house in 2018. After hard rains the house used to have water seep in across the basement floor from different areas. There has NOT been a drop of water in that basement ever since they did their work almost 6 years ago!! They go over & above & beyond with what's needed.
