My computer was wigging out, windows opening and closing and I couldn't get it fixed myself. I called and talked with Jill thinking I would be setting up an appointment, but she spent thirty minutes with me patiently explaining what to do and my computer works great again. She was so helpful and she didn't even charge me anything. I really haven't heard of any business that would be that helpful and not charge you for it. Would definitely go there if needed.

Great people! Seriously, if you need someone who wants to help you fix your laptop these are the guys to go!I called about my laptop display screen not working, after trying everything possible I figured it needed to be opened up. They agreed and suggested I come in to drop it off- the lady on the phone said it typically doesn’t take too long for them to repair laptops with problems like mine.So I drove up and popped in, right away the IT repair guy comes up from the back after hearing about my laptop and opened it up! Showed me where the problem might be, reseated the cable, and started it up. Boom! Just like new again! Under 10 minutes and my brand new HP was back... read full review

Brought Nitro a laptop that was having network connectivity issues. They were able to resolve the issue and verify the correction the same day it arrived. They were incredibly friendly and were more than happy to explain the steps they took to fix the machine. I was worried that if I took my computer to a repair shop, they may try to scam/rip me off for money - but I experienced none of that with Nitro. I was charged fairly for the repair, just 1 hour of labor. Definitely would recommend to others.
