We requested a service from Aire Care to fix an issue with our heating system. Given the urgency of the situation, they responded quickly and came over promptly. Our furnace went out in February when the temperature was in single digits. Another company came out on 2 different occasions, but the problem was not resolved and it quickly stopped again. Aire Care Houghton came out. The technician, Roger, came out. He was very courteous and promptly began his work. He took the time to really troubleshoot and found that a wire going to the blower motor had been rubbing another part. This caused the protective coating of the wire to be damaged, thus exposing the wire and causing the unit to short out and blow a fuse. If you need any type furnace work done, I highly recommend Aire Care Houghton!
