Well I went in there to inquire about some toilet parts and I encountered a woman that's was absolutely rude and wanted nothing to do with helping me. I asked if they had a flush valve for a toilet or maybe a universal one and all she said to me was NO. So I went over to home depot and they were more than helpful and got me the right parts.

Went in Saturday morning And encountered the rudest lady in Houghton Lake she had the worst attitude and didn’t even want to help. We ended up leaving and went to Home Depot spent 887.00 with Great Service on pump, pressure tank and fittings. The guy we spoke with Friday on the phone did a great job.

Tried but and gas sensor for water heater which they had and wanted to charge me over100 dollars for, went across the street to all shores heating and cooling and they had the same one for 27.00 , Vic bond was a total rip off , by the way the same sensor was 25.00 on Amazon .

We wanted you to what a good experience we had today at your Houghton Lake store. We needed to purchase a new toilet and the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very good experience, I’m sure I’ll be back for additional bathroom purchases shortly.

Never in all my time have I experienced such rude customer service in all my life! Yes they did have the correct part for my furnace but the way I was spoken to not only on the phone but in person I will NEVER send anyone that way...... don't know if it's all locations or just the one in Houghton lake but they need some lessons in how to respect people. Never again!
