Had a new furnace and a/c installed 4 years ago by Hilliard and were extremely satisfied with the company and installers. This year we thought our thermostat was malfunctioning so we had Terry come out and he did a $99 complete check on the system where he found several things needed adjusting and now the system is running SO much better. We never knew it had issues and the thermostat is actually fine. He never tried selling us something we didn’t need. I would recommend Hilliard Heating to anyone looking for a good, honest company!
Called Hilliard on the Friday of Memorial weekend to see whether there was a chance he could help me with a problem with what initially seemed to be with my well/water pump system. Terry fit me in and after after some research/troubleshooting told me he thought the real issue was with the power coming into our house and that I needed to contact Consumers Energy. Did not seem like a likely diagnosis to me but I called CE and amazingly to me they sent a crew out very promptly that same day.
