RN approved for sure. This place is very comfortable yet professional and caters care plans to your specific needs. Staff walks you through insurance and prices/billing are very clear from the start. Staff is very knowledgeable about insurance and not pushy when it comes to appointments. Best chiropractor I’ve been to in Lansing area by far.

This facility is beyond amazing. I'm trying to think of cons, and I can't come up with one. Clean, welcoming, patient, comforting, detailed, friendly, and caring. The list goes on. I've had to take my 5 year old daughter in for an appointment with me, and they didn't even bat an eye to warmly welcome her and make her comfortable. After having a rough experience at another chiropractic facility, I was skeptical, but I'm beyond happy I made the call. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr. Volz and her staff are AMAZING! My kids love going to get adjusted too! Best Chiro for kids! My daughters ears have not drained properly since birth, but we have never had to treat them with antibiotics and I'm positive it's because of the monthly adjustments she receives!
