Cierra did an amazing job sorting out a tri-level 26yo fire alarm system that was malfunctioning. She communicated well, was timely, competent and friendly. She rewired it all, and educated us along the way. She recommended what we should buy and returned to install once they'd been delivered. She cleaned up after herself which was much appreciated. My dogs think she's Great! Would highly recommend. 5 stars!
