Quality is good, but they do not honor their own savings, deals, or coupons. I dropped off a pair of pants on a Wednesday to take advantage of their "Always Special Pants Wednesday" for $8.49, but when I retrieved them the following day I was charged $13! I tried to argue against it but I just kept getting told that nothing could be changed about the amount that I owed.EDIT: Baryames issued me a $5 credit to go towards my next dry cleaning service.
