I was misled into thinking that I was going to get some help with my tooth pain. The receptionist was extremely nice when I called and she helped me with figuring out my insurance and getting an appointment set up the same week. I did think that it was weird. They were able to get me in so soon, but I just figured because small town that they Coordinate their schedule well and didn’t think anything about it after that. Well, I get there today and I’m one of only three people in the entire office and it is very very quiet in the building and I get one x-ray that takes five minutes and told that they can do the work but I have to come back. Said work is three teeth. I understand that an extraction isn’t exactly a small treatment, but I was a dental assistant for many years and I’m a very easy patient to work on, so I see no reason why I was so misled when it’s so easy to be honest

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Coop is the most gentle dentist I have been treated by. My son actually fell asleep while getting a filling done. They offer payment plans which are very helpful to be able to get the necessary work done.
