Went into Ulta recently and Autumn, the lead cashier, I believe, ended up paying my balance for me and I don’t know how I can even pay her back 😭 it was so nice of her to do AND it was even the girl’s bday before LIKE she shouldn’t have to be the one to pay or anything! I was so pleasantly surprised and can’t thank her enough, honestly. I hope I can run into her again sometime and thank her 💜

Jackie was incredible as she helped me to select the best concealer, foundation, and bronzer. She sought out the best lighting, tried multiple options, and truly listened to my concerns. I have allergies and reading the ingredients can be challenging. I will look for Jackie each time I visit Ulta!

Chelsea and Kam were absolutely incredible! Chelsea is definitely your go to for all things fragrance. I was in search of a very specific type of fragrance and Chelsea all but held my hand through the entire process. She was power walking back and forth to bring us testers to smell and try on, she was so fabulous and incredibly kind. We appreciated her so so much!
I deducted a star for their employee Victoria who has the worst attitude and definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service.
