Make no mistakes I was not physically there but Via FaceTime Ulta salesperson Brooklyn exceeded expectations when it came to customer service. In the future I plan on shopping specifically here for future products. Way to go Ulta and Brooklyn!

Always an amazing experience at this Ulta. Vanessa is fantastic! This is the second time she’s helped me find and research products for my skincare routine and her suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. She helped me for a good hour and was genuinely interested in helping me find the best products to fit my needs. I hope this store keeps her around, she deserves a raise for the amazing customer service she always gives!! I will always come back to this Ulta just for her help!
