Super confused. Went with my son as first time guests; we had a free kids mvp haircut coupon out of the champs book for first time customers. Not allowed to use it bc he didn’t get the mvp. Then I was told it was “on the house” since it was our first time here but still charged 20 bucks. Are these two different services? Very unclear what just took place.
