We had an issue with our insurance company and needed an inspection and estimate fast. I reached out to Sharp Roofing and Nate came out the next day. He helped us resolve our issue with efficiency and understanding. We haven't started a project with them yet but have total confidence that when we are ready to move forward with our project, Sharp Roofing will be upstanding and a pleasure to work with. Their willingness to help us even though we weren't ready to move forward says a lot about their standard of business and integrity. My roofing adventure started 1 year ago !! I struggled and struggled to find the right deal and company I could trust with my investment, after working with sharp for the first couple months I decided to go with a competitor 🤷🏼♂️. Honestly I should have stuck with sharp from the beginning 😂 but I didn’t, I went with a pretty well known local roofing company - I’m not gonna drop the name 😂. After making the deal with the competitor I started getting red flags when they asked for full payment up front and they asked if I just wanted to go grab the permit myself because it’s easier for the homeowner to get it in the city of holland 🙄 I refused to make any payment until day of service and I told them to get the permit because we are busy.. after every excuse in the book I reluctantly sent my wife to get the permit, there we found out that the roofer never contacted the city at all !!! At this point all materials and dumpster has been delivered and after a conversation with the so called owner I was told I would have to wait 2 more weeks because his company was sub contracted under his friend 🤦♂️ thankfully we didn’t give them any money yet. Right when I dropped the phone with this so called roofing company I quickly Emailed Tim at sharp! He responded fast with excitement and enthusiasm and I truly felt I had 100 percent of his attention!!! He was honest and efficient 💯 Tim got me scheduled and took care of all the paperwork with the city no questions asked 💯💯 I am so thankful for sharp and there amazing Team!! Tim thanks for everything you got more than just a roof done you guys gained a life long customer 💯💯. I definitely appreciate and recommend Sharp!!!!! 5 plus stars all day!!!
