Quinn also reached out to address concerns and offered an apology.
UPDATE: As she stated below in her response, Quinn did reach out to me after I sent her my concerns in an email. She did offer to return my Sunday fee and said she will be mailing that out to me. She did also offer an apology and validate our feelings about the experience, which I appreciate. I have updated my rating to 4 stars due to her quickly following up and doing what she logically could to make it up to us.

Very great place to go for haircuts, facials and ect. Always have a great experience here the workers and stylists are very kind and easy to talk to. The stylist I usually see is Riley Silva who does an amazing job in a timely manner and I’m always more than happy with the results. If you ever go here make sure to ask for Riley!
I have had Riley S. For my hair stylist for 5 years now and she is incredible, recently she even did my wedding hair. Incredibly Talented. I also have gone to Tida K. Several times for color, amazing work every time! This salon is here to stay. Thanks QVD for offering quality services!
