Paws in the City

I LOVE Paws in the City! I take my Rough Collie, Trixie, there to be groomed every six to eight weeks. Trixie is a large, older Collie and has trouble standing a long time. The groomers at Paws are very patient with her, give her breaks, and even the owner pitches in to help Trixie stand for brushing and trimming. She always looks and smells great when I pick her up. Paws gives me a report card on how Trixie did during her session, which I find very helpful. I like knowing how she behaves or if she has any issues when I’m not with her. Took a client's pet here for "Day Camp" while i was watching her while Mom went out of town on a vacation. Mirabel loves, loves, loves her time here. The facility has separate rooms for big and small dogs, and appeared to be very clean. Staff was friendly and seems to really like their jobs.

We brought our pup in for her first groom and she was returned to us soft, happy, and smelling fantastic. The staff were kind and answered all our questions. We even received a report card on her behavior- she was “wiggly”! We’re going to bring her back next time she’s smelly.
