I have been a patient here since I was brought home. I have chosen to stay here because it has always been a good doctors office with responsive care.
The last two years I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT decline in the quality of support staff.
I am currently without medication because my refill was not entered and when I tried to leave a message with the phone nurse no one ever responded to my call.
In December when I needed my vaccination records I spent a full 6 hours calling once an hour and wasn’t able to get to MR until the office supervisor physically took care of it herself, then when I got the records they hadn’t been updated for the last 3 years.

I've been a patient at this office for many years. The medical staff is great (the only reason I gave this office any stars), but the office staff is ABSOLUTELY terrible. I've never had such rude encounters on the telephone as I have with the office women here. Today, I was refused an appointment to get pregnancy confirmation testing done. Apparently, they do not involve themselves with anything pregnancy related anymore. I've never felt so abandoned by my medical provider. Time for me to look elsewhere, and prospective patients should too.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office due to serious communication issues. I was prescribed the wrong medication for an infection that had the potential to become life-threatening. When the error was corrected, the office called in the wrong prescription again and failed to call in the medication I actually needed. This level of oversight is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent medical concerns. I expected much better care and attention to detail.
