Loved my experience here! Was my first time at Ketra’s salon this past week.. Needed an extremely last minute appointment as in like the same day of appointment. Mentioned to Ketra how I needed to out by a certain time. She told me we would be done by the time I needed to be out by and set a goal. She ended up being finished before that set time! Hair looked flawless. Could not stop smiling seeing how it looked after she was done. Very friendly and professional service and salon. Highly recommend this salon for all and any type of braiding, to SUPPORT local and black owned businesses over other salons in the area! I normally go to Quinn Vise Hair Design & Co. but I almost always have something not go the way it was planned when I have appointments there. Ketra on the other hand, was amazing from start to finish and I will only always being going here from now for braiding
