Ed, the owner of Keppel's, is simply the best! He worked tirelessly (a total of 7 hrs encompassing 2 days) to resolve an issue with our 3 point locking system that was malfunctioning and wouldn't let us open our front door. His work ethic is unsurpassed.....he simply refuses to give up until the job is done. Ed is professional, kind and considerate, even to our puppy whom he got down on the floor to play with. Keppel's Lock & Safe Co is the one.....no need to look elsewhere!.

On of my grandkids accidentally locked the door with their infant sister still in the car and the keys inside! Called and he came to where we were within 10 minutes and had the door open soon after he got there. He didn’t charge us saying he will unlock at no charge with a child inside. So grateful.

I had an issue with my business door lock. Called Key Me, came out and quoted me $900+ to remove and replace the lock. I called Keppel’s instead. He was there within 30 minutes, fixed it quickly without having to replace anything! Very glad that I called Keppel’s instead of getting scammed by Key Me.
