We were very happy with the quality of service provided! We called him for some issues we were having relating to adding an additional, larger hard drive to our computer. We appreciate that when we initially called, he listened and provided the likely solution, even though it meant we wouldn't need to bring the computer to him. (the hard drive itself was likely faulty) After exchanging the drive out, we decided to bring it to him so he could do a few more things with it for us. The work was honest, the price was fair, the computer was finished when he said it would be, and all has worked perfectly since!
