Dutch Roots Yoga & Wellness ~ CBD Shop is a fantastic studio with friendly owners, great staff, and wonderful instructors. The introductory membership is very reasonable, offering unlimited classes for the first 30 days. The studio is described as beautiful, very clean, and calming, with a great energy. Instructors like Amy, Tiffanie, Jessica, and Sierra are praised for their skilled teaching, challenging yet accessible classes, and friendly demeanor. The studio also offers plant medicines to assist in the yoga practice. The space is inviting, and the team has been supportive of the local community, including a scouting group's yoga badge program.

Wonderful studio with excellent teachers! I love practicing in the peaceful space they have created. Owners are attentive to customer needs and the retail store is well stocked. Clean bathroom and changing room. I especially love practicing with Joy and Amy and Tiffani, but all the instructors are great. I recently took an evening restorative class and it was so incredibly relaxing. Normally I take morning Hatha/vinyasa classes that are just the right amount of effort for me, I break a sweat and challenge my balance, strength & flexibility without it being too much, and I love the way the practices ease in and build and then at the end ease out with gentle stretching. Highly recommend Dutch Roots!
