Just finished a spin class and it was awesome. You need to try it!!!
My 18 year old son reacts to poison ivy really bad. He can pick it up in the middle of winter! He had a bad reaction last winter and was put on antibiotics and steroids and had an even worse reaction to the medications. When he got into it again this winter I suggested having Connie help him out and try a more natural approach as she has been helping me for over a year. He followed her recommendations and within a few days was feeling and seeing the healing power of his own body. He continues to do some of the liver cleansing to keep from reacting so badly next time along with the added benefits of a much clearer complexion. Thank you Connie!
