I highly recommend Brain and Body Chiropractic. I had been suffering from lower back pain for a long time and after ‘toughing it out’ didn’t work I thought I would give chiropractic a try. I was a huge skeptic because of a bad experience with one in the past.Gosh am I glad I went! Dr. Kody and Lily are amazing. They really listen to your concerns and work with you to help address the problems. They are also so great about education, helping you understand what is happening and how to prevent it in the future.Not only that, but I hurt my back pretty bad on a day that the office is typically closed and Dr. Kody came in - ON HIS DAY OFF - to help me. After 15+ years of pain with restricted neck motion . Including shoulder pain with poor posture. Dr. K has helped me become pain free with full neck motion and better posture. Dr K listens to your concerns, explains precisely what he thinks and does with you. He genuinely cares about you. I highly recommend Dr K you'll never regret it.

The Semrow's practice is one I would highly recommend to anyone. Both Doctors are very talented and welcoming. Also, they were able to see me quickly and the pricing is affordable.My first exam and subsequent adjustments have been thorough and helpful. My severe back pain from an injury has resolved and my chronic low back pain has improved significantly.I'm a nurse and have worked primarily in neurology and with spinal patients. I was very impressed with Dr. Kody's knowledge. I'd say he and his wife go above and beyond what I have experienced before.
