Id give 0 stars. Worst staffing agency I've ever dealt with, you sure don't need them to find a job. They'll start you at bare minimum, and in the worst places. Go here if your desperate.

Absolute worst temp agency around. Average hourly rate is $13 with 10-12 hour shifts. I Applied to a job with 1st shift preference and 1st shift availability and Linda put me on 2nd shift. I go into Elwood two days before I start and the ladies are inside talking about how there are 1st shift openings for the job I applied for. Clearly they are just looking for warm bodies and there must be a reason why I was forced onto seconds. I even applied to the job more than once before Thanksgiving and I get the opportunity mid January. And Linda tells me all the 1st shift positions are filled. The females will just throw you on 2nds at Kamco or 2nd or 3rd at Hi-lex. These places are always hiring because they are the worse jobs you could possibly get.

Id give 0 stars. They placed me in multiple places that I told them before hand I didn't want and then because they didn't work out they put me down as ineligible and refuse to help. So make sure you know exactly what they are putting you in before you accept or they'll screw you over.

Really seems this place has gone down hill been looking for a job threw Elwood for almost a year no and everything comes up dry I can't work her for some dumb reasons but the reality of it is is you put your job threw a third party you shouldn't be able to pick and chose who you want to work for you if you can manage to get people to come in threw the door don't know how many times I text and never hear anything back why because there lazy up there
