This facility needs to be replaced. The first thing is the sidewalk and parking lot is terrible, concrete is broken up and it's not handicap accessible. I don't understand how they are passing inspections. The service is very poor. Long waits time and because of the volume of customer. The doctor only talks, he doesn't physically examine the patient. It's always a problem with paper work being completed and prescriptions being renewed. This facility is not a good choice at all.

This place needs to be shut down. One doctor for an entire zip code is the definition of benign neglect. They're slow on purpose and will deliberately make you wait an hour before anyone looks at you, then you have to wait for the one doctor who conveniently strolls in at 11 while you're appointment time is 9 o'clock. This is the version of America where we point out capitalism truly, truly does suck. They care nothing about the people coming for medical care, they're there just to get a check, everything and everyone there is a problem...

This place honestly needs to be shut down or hiring need physicians. With out without an appointment yall take hourssss to actually see someone , they take hoursss to hand out your medicine it be 20 patients at the most just sitting waiting to be seen. This is entirely unacceptable and it’s like this everytime I come here like oh my god.

I had an appointment at 11am walked up to the front desk and told them i had an appointment, they paid me to attention. Went to go sit down and waited to get called they made me wait over an hour. Went back to the front desk they rudely told me to just wait for the doctor.

I love it here, the ladies at the front desk is awesome. The nurses awesome and of course the doctor is amazing. I’ve been going here for a few years now. This is my primary primary care doctor when I say I would never go anywhere else but here I don’t care how far I move and I also love that the pharmacy is right in the building so we don’t have to go far at all. We can go see the doctor the podiatrist and get our prescription fill and go home five stars highly recommended . Ms.McWilliams

I can't believe I went to this place for a year for my son...first off, the wait is ridiculous appointment or not. Not over exaggerating either. I've waited 3 hours until anyone came to the room . That was my last straw here!!! Always a long wait. Don't do it . Turn. Exit. Abort mission ?
