Called on Friday morning for a service call on my furnace, Kellie said Sam would be there about noon. He was there right on time; he diagnosed the problem got the furnace running. He took some carbon monoxide readings and found that the furnace was bad. Mike called and said his guys could be there the next morning to install a new one. They were there about 0930 and were done by noon. I would recommend to anyone, the service that they did for us without hesitation potentially saved our lives. I won't hesitate to call Mike for any issue's I have in the future.
