We had a sump pump issue we believe caused by an inspector for perspective buyers. The sump pump was turned off and we ended up with about 1 inch of water in half of the basement. I reached out to John the owner, explained the situation and he came out the next day to review the damage, and took time to explain options and the process. He was not pushy, and very understanding. John took care of a situation that was overwhelming. We had water back up in our basement . He removed the carpet , the tack strips and the padding . Tested the walls for moisture and took out what was damaged and treated the area for mold which had already started growing. He cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. He even went the extra mile and walked me around the outside of the house and recommended what needed to be done to keep water away from the foundation. He was not only professional but truly a great guy. He knows his business and takes pride in doing it right.

Called motor City steam team last minute to get my parents vents cleaned out. I spoke with the owner, Johnny, and he was very accommodating. He understood I needed this done ASAP and they came right out. They were professional, nice, VERY fast and pricing was affordable. I would recommend them to anyone needing there services. Thank you Johnny and Don for a job done perfect. (On another note I would highly recommend getting your vents cleaned out my parents house is spotless and they were so embarrassed of what got cleaned out)
