Brought in by a friend after trying other urgent cares that couldn't help me fill my prescription. Was having a very difficult day dealing with my schizophrenia but after entering the very welcoming environment of the waiting room, I was taken care of by a very pleasant front desk nurse immediately. Payed less than the competition, and was brought back in no time at all after filling out some simple paperwork. The whole place was very clean, and comfortable. Staff was very nice, and attentive to my needs causing me absolutely no added stress. I went there for fever aches congestion.. I never ever have a long wait. Im in and out of all the times I've visited..The doctors and nurse practictioner were very nice and the staff..I was seen diagnosed and prescribed meds in less than an hour. Very clean facility. I highly recommend this Urgent care..

I love Hazel Park urgent care, I get seen within 15 minutes of my arrival time. The staff are all very friendly and very caring, and I get out of there pretty quickly. I love that they have a pharmacy right there in their office so I can fill my Scripts right there before I go home without making any other extra stops
