Haslett Primary Care provides exceptional care to its patients. The medical staff, including doctors and nurse practitioners, are thorough and knowledgeable, making patients feel understood and important. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming, while the ultrasound techs are kind and understanding. The clinic has a reputation for providing great care, even when patients are seen by different healthcare providers due to staff changes. Overall, patients appreciate the clinic's attention to their concerns and excellent communication.
I have periods of time where I have insurance gaps and I’m on a med that cannot be missed - they always make sure I never go without even when I can’t do a visit.
Without their help and prompt care I would be violently sick. Thank you all
Like others, I've had to be reassigned to a few different Drs that moved on to other places. But recently, I've seen DJ MacPhail, and I'm really impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. I felt understoodand important. And the front office staff have been great at as well.
I have had like 4 different doctors here cause they do leave for reasons unknown to me BUT I have always still received great care from their nurse practitioner and the rest of the staff. When I went in for an ultrasound my toddler wasn’t very happy and The ultrasound tech I saw was really kind to me and my daughter and very understanding. The front receptionists are also very lovely people. I’ve never felt “brushed off” and my concerns have always been meet with wonderful care.
