Building a home, let alone a customized smart home, can be stressful but the Fedewa builders made the process highly organized and thoughtful which took the stress out of the process. Their attention to detail is exceptional.This family of talented, hard working individuals and their contractors are all professional, timely, and very communicative. They used a computer tracking system that we had access to, for all of our selections from faucets to flooring, which helped us stay focused on the myriad of decisions that must be made. If there was an matter of the wrong item ordered which is going to happen with a build of this magnitude, they corrected it immediately.

I LOVE this team!! Jerry Fedewa Homes is currently building my first house and I have been extremely happy through the entire process! Jerry Fedewa Homes (“JFH”) is phenomenal. They operate their business with the utmost integrity and focus on customer satisfaction. At closing, they actually gave me $20k back! I feel anybody else would have kept it but they operate at a higher standard. JFH truly went above and beyond the call of duty with our project. JFH is a family business and every person we worked with, from the very first meeting through closing, was professional and knowledgeable, including JFH’s subs.
